Just another new upgrade:  The media page has changed.  I don't have any new media up yet, but I have reformatted the way you will see media.  You will find that it is simplified, easier to find archives and easier for me to post to.  Now If I could just find some time to get into the Eaglesnest and start editing video, we'd have something to show, but for the moment, go check out the media page and explore the new layout!

S.O.S. is sponsoring 'Survive The Night' on December 14th. Our evangilism group is going to take the Salvation Army's 'Canteen'  disaster relief vehicle to the streets and help feed the homeless and give something a little extra this holiday season.  Be sure to watch for sign up sheets at the SOS table and listen for announcments. 

I know there is a Sunday night fellowship that night, but we are going to work around it! 

I don't know if you noticed yet, but we have a new logo for Word of God Church!  I know, probably not really news worthy, but let me tell you a little bit about it.







We chose this logo in particular becuase it embodies what we would like our church to stand for, and the foundation of Pastor and Sister Hale's vision for this church when they first came to Aransas Pass many years ago.  People Reaching People.  Using the Word of God and undying determination, they have worked to make our church a body of people helping, well, other people.  The group of people holding hands across the emblem of an open bible really spoke to the leadership of our church.
